Greenwich awnings at new Leeds restaurants

7 Apr 2017

Whilst Morco are based in East London, just close to the Thames Barrier, our installation service is nationwide and these two projects in Leeds are quite typical of the contract work we undertake for clients all over the country. Working from drawings we are able to provide comprehensive budget costs for clients and site visits will be arranged to confirm all necessary details to ensure the project runs smoothly and on time.

On these two restaurants, The New York themed Manahatta, and modern Chinese restaurant, Tattu, both situated on the well known East Parade in Leeds we have  installed a number of  Greenwich awnings. The Greenwich awning is exclusive to Morco and features a special wrap around front profile with extended finials giving it a distinctive classic look. The awnings, in this case, are in a special black fabric with graphics picked out in white and bronze script respectively.

Leeds contains many major national and regional attractions include the Royal Armouries, the Henry Moore Sculpture Centre, West Yorkshire Playhouse and the award winning Harewood House, which was voted one of the best large visitor attractions in the Excellence in England Awards for Tourism 2003. Leeds is also the only city outside London to have both its own opera and ballet companies – the internationally acclaimed Opera North and Northern Ballet Theatre. Leeds Civic Trust offer walking tours of the city.
