Approach aaning to Liverpool Cruise Terminal

Special approach awning installed at the Liverpool Cruise Terminal

20 Aug 2016

This smart, bull nosed, approach awning we installed at Gate 3 on the Prince's Parade section of the terminal had to be mounted with special Gallows type brackets in order to facilitate a secure fixing. The manufacture of special fixings and brackets was undertaken in our own workshop and these were then powder coated in an appropriate colour to  co-ordinate with the blue fabric cover which has also been decorated in corporate logo style.

The Liverpool Cruise Terminal is a 350-metre-long (1,150 ft) floating structure located on the River Mersey which enables large cruise ships to visit without entering the enclosed dock system or berthing mid-river and tendering passengers ashore. The terminal was opened officially by His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent on 21 September 2007 at the time the Queen Elizabeth 2 berthed at the terminal.
