Sixteen SQ2 Folding-Arm Awnings for The Newman Hotel, Fitzrovia

We recently manufactured and installed sixteen SQ2 folding-arm awnings for The Newman Hotel, a new luxury boutique destination in the heart of Fitzrovia. The SQ2 is a sleek, flat-fascia awning that sits perfectly flush with the wall when retracted – ideal for maintaining the hotel’s refined architectural lines.

Each awning was finished in a sandy beige fabric, complemented by a black fascia plate, to match the building’s elegant frontage. Designed and built in our London workshop, these bespoke commercial awnings combine practical sun protection with a clean, contemporary appearance.

We’re proud to see Morco’s craftsmanship featured on one of London’s most anticipated hotel openings, supporting comfort and style across its brasserie terrace and guest areas.
