Marlesbury Sash Awning®

The Marlesbury Sash Awning® is a traditional window awning designed to fit effortlessly within a window recess. Its minimal design aesthetic and understated form suit Georgian and Victorian architecture. The Marlesbury Sash® is highly effective when open but tightly concealed when retracted, replicating the functionality of this historic awning. The inspiration for the Marlesbury Sash is deeply rooted in history, discovered from the awnings that were fitted to Georgian and Victorian buildings from the 1900’s. The design style of the Marlesbury Sash Awning retains many of the historical features of original sash window awnings which have been used on many iconic buildings, such as the renowned Hardy Aimes boutique in the heart of Saville Row, London. Our research and development designers have tenaciously worked to identify the unique qualities of the original window awning. Through our design research, we have transposed a historic awning into the modern day, thus creating the Marlesbury Sash Awning®. Reconstructed from the ground up, the Marlesbury Sash is a far stronger, lighter and greatly more adaptable awning compared to its predecessor. With a wide range of customisation options, the Marlesbury Sash Awning can be tailored to suit all requirements, ensuring that your specific needs can be met.
